Creating Spectacular Star Wars Inspired Videos with Google Veo 3 Ultra

Updated: Jun 24, 2025

Pickleball

I signed up for Gemini Pro from google which gave me access to the some of the latest AI models including Google Veo 3 to create videos using text. The tool is similar to Open AI's Sora, but the product isn't as fully developed as Sora. It won't allow you to re-iterate your creation, but I can see it getting better quickly over time. It also includes audio with the generated video. Videos are limited to 8 seconds in length, that you can extend with their scenebuilder. Here are some sample videos I've created from a mar's colony, b52 stealth planes dropping bunker busting bombs, to ladies playing pickleball.

The most impressive videos I managed to create were disney quality cinematic star wars videos which I thought were pretty mind blowing. I was surprised I managed to create darth vaders along with realistic light saber scenes with accompanying sound effects. I've included a tutorial on how to use Google Veo 3 with their flow product in my online course.

I've also used Google Flow which allows you to build projects and longer scenes. you have the ability to use multiple models included Google Veo 3 fast and can upscale the scene to 1080p like I did with this iron dome simulation with lasers.

Update: I have since signed up for the Gemini Ultra plan, which gives you the ability to remove watermarks. I thought it gave you the ability to upscale to 4K, but it looks like it's limited to 1080p. I have since made my first short video film about the operating midnight hammer where the United States airforce where the B2 bombers destroyed the Iran nuclear sites.

I asked Gemini the benefits of using Gemini Ultra and how many videos you can create with 11,000 AI credits in Google Flow (specifically with Veo 3).

Let's break it down:

Additional Benefits for Gemini Ultra

Gemini Ultra is Google's most powerful AI offering, designed for advanced users and complex tasks.1 Here are the key benefits:

  • Most Capable AI Models: You get the highest access to Google's most capable AI models, including Gemini 2.5 Pro and early access to "Deep Think" mode for advanced reasoning.2

  • Highest Usage Limits: Significantly higher rate limits across all Gemini features, allowing for more extensive and uninterrupted use.3

  • Early Access to Veo 3: This is a major benefit for video creation. You get early access to Google's cutting-edge text-to-video model, Veo 3, for generating cinematic 1080p videos with realistic motion, advanced camera controls, and native audio.4

  • Flow - AI Filmmaking Tool: Gemini Ultra unlocks the highest limits in Flow, a dedicated interface for crafting cinematic scenes and narratives using Veo, Imagen, and Gemini models.5 This includes 1080p video generation and advanced camera controls.

  • Whisk - Visual Brainstorming & Animation: Highest limits for "Whisk Animate," which transforms images into short videos using Veo 2.6

  • Deep Research Capabilities: Leverage Gemini 2.5 Pro to analyze vast amounts of information, understand complex documents (up to a 1 million token context window, handling around 1500 pages of text), and generate comprehensive research7 reports.8

  • Project Mariner (Early Access): An agentic research prototype that can help automate up to 10 tasks at the same time on web browsers (e.g., shopping, booking travel, personal research).

  • Enhanced NotebookLM: Higher usage limits and enhanced model capabilities for this research and writing assistant.9

  • Gemini in Google Workspace Apps: Seamless integration with Gmail, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drive, and Meet for drafting, summarizing, brainstorming, and more.10

  • Gemini in Chrome: A personal assistant directly in your browser (US only for now).11

  • YouTube Premium: An individual YouTube Premium plan (ad-free, offline, background play).12

  • 30 TB of Storage: Massive storage capacity across Google Photos, Drive, and Gmail.13

  • Priority Access to AI Innovations: Be among the first to try Google's newest experimental AI models and advancements.1

How Many Videos Can You Create with 11,000 AI Credits?

The number of videos you can create depends on the Veo model you use and its quality setting, as each consumes a different amount of AI credits.

Based on the latest information, Google AI Ultra members get 12,500 monthly AI credits. Since you have 11,000, we'll calculate based on that:

Here's a breakdown of the credit cost per video generation in Flow:

  • Veo 3 - Quality: 100 AI credits per video generation.

    • With 11,000 credits: $11000 / 100 = 110 videos

  • Veo 3 - Fast: 20 AI credits per video generation.

    • With 11,000 credits: $11000 / 20 = 550 videos

  • Veo 2 - Quality: 100 AI credits per video generation.

    • With 11,000 credits: $11000 / 100 = 110 videos

  • Veo 2 - Fast: 10 AI credits per video generation.

    • With 11,000 credits: $11000 / 10 = 1100 videos

Important Notes:

  • Video Length: These calculations are generally for short video generations (often 8 seconds, but this can vary). Longer videos or more complex prompts might consume more credits.

  • Failed Generations: AI credits are considered spent once an activity is performed.15 If a generation fails, your credits should not be affected, but there might be a delay for them to reappear.

  • Top-up Credits: If you run out of your monthly allocation, Gemini Ultra subscribers can purchase additional "top-up" AI credits.

  • Resolution: Flow in Google AI Ultra includes 1080p resolution for videos.16

So, with 11,000 AI credits, you can create a significant number of videos, especially if you utilize the "Fast" models for quicker iterations or less critical scenes. If you prioritize the highest quality (Veo 3 - Quality), you'll get fewer but potentially more refined results.
